● Wireless machine monitoring · Built in Britain

We warn you before your machines break down.

A small wireless sensor sits on each machine, listens to vibration and heat, and warns you weeks before a failure. Hardware, dashboard and a real engineer watching — all included.

The problem

When a machine fails without warning, everything stops.

Unplanned downtime is one of the biggest hidden costs in any plant — lost production, emergency repairs, missed orders. Most factories still react to breakdowns instead of seeing them coming.

Listen to the machine

Our small wireless sensor sticks to each machine and listens to vibration and temperature — no wiring, no cabinet work.

Predict the failure

Our AI learns each machine's normal rhythm and flags the early signs of a problem days or weeks ahead.

Fix it on your terms

Your team schedules the repair before the line goes down — no surprises, no emergency callouts.

How it works

Three steps — start with one machine.

No big project, no IT headache. Start with the machine that hurts you most.

1

Stick it on

The sensor mounts with a magnet in minutes. We post it to you with simple instructions, or come and fit it ourselves.

2

It learns and listens

The sensor learns your machine's normal rhythm. When a bearing, motor or fan starts to fail, it spots the change weeks early.

3

We call you first

A real engineer checks every warning and calls you with what it is and what to do — so you fix it on your terms, not at 2am.

Why Sapien-Tech

We know the factory floor — not just the algorithm.

Most AI consultants have never stood next to a production line. We come from hands-on industrial automation, having delivered €150M+ robotics and automation programmes at the likes of Amazon and Northvolt. We speak your engineers' language and build solutions that survive the real world — not lab demos.

  • Deep equipment & plant-floor expertise
  • Real production deployments, not lab demos
  • Fixed-scope, fixed-fee — clear ROI
  • A senior core team, backed by a vetted engineer network

Common questions

What plant teams ask us first.

Do we need an electrician or an IT project?
No. The sensor mounts with a magnet on the machine itself — nobody opens an electrical cabinet. It connects over Wi-Fi, or we supply a simple 4G hub if your site's Wi-Fi doesn't reach. Most installs take about ten minutes per machine.
What can it actually detect?
The common killers of rotating machinery: bearing wear, imbalance, misalignment, looseness and overheating — on motors, pumps, fans, gearboxes, compressors and spindles. It learns each machine's normal pattern and flags the change weeks before failure, with the fault named in plain words.
Who owns the data?
You do, without small print. Every reading streams in an open standard (MQTT) you can plug into anything, and it can live on your own server if you prefer. If we disappeared tomorrow, your sensors and your data would keep working. Nobody can switch them off remotely.
We're not a tech company — is this for us?
That's exactly who it's built for. You don't need to read charts: the sensor watches, and a real engineer calls you when something needs attention, in plain words. Our team comes from the factory floor, not the lab.
What about bigger automation projects?
That's our other side. The team behind the sensor has delivered large automation and robotics programmes at operators like Amazon and Northvolt, in the UK and the Gulf. See the Advisory page for programme delivery, commissioning and AI readiness work.
